25 years of ‘Answering The Call Of God’

Pastor Curt Disney told us the story of his redemption. God has a plan, a call for your life.

Pastor Steven Dabbs told us that we must have a life Scripture and a life motto. Remember, you are called for the good and the difficult times.

Pastor Cindy Madrid told us that the call beckons us from beyond the walls of the church. The very presence of God burst forth from behind the veil in the temple the day Christ was crucified.

Pastor Larry Brand said that we must ‘guard our call’. God asks us, “What would you choose over Me?” Sin? Idols? Self?

Pastor Mark Cullum warned us to beware of “paralysis by analysis”. We must put our “boots on the ground”.

Pastor Jim Ftacek said the call of God is to humility and service.

Pastor Larry Brand told us that before you answer the call, you have to hear God’s voice. We must hone our listening skills.

Pastor Ron Pinkston exhorted us on how we must forgive so we can answer the call of God. Because, no one owes us anything.

Pastor Jerry Quillen asks us “What is the point in all of this?” Souls! This is why God calls and why we must answer:

“if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.
